Unopened, oil pickles keep 9–12 months and lemon keeps up to 18. Once opened, use a dry spoon every single time and keep the pickle covered in its oil. Non-veg pickles must go into the fridge after opening and are best finished within four to six weeks. Every jar carries its own dates on the label.

No. The salt, the oil and the chilli are the preservative — that is why our pickles are salty and oily in the traditional proportion rather than the reduced one. Nothing artificial goes in, which is also why the colour varies a little between batches.

Yes. Non-veg is prepared in a separate area with separate vessels, stored separately and packed in its own sealed carton. A vegetarian order will never share a box with a non-veg item.

Yes — we send regularly to the USA, UK, UAE, Australia and Singapore. International parcels go by courier with food-grade sealed packing and typically take 8–14 days. Write to us on WhatsApp with your city and we will quote the shipping before you pay.

Yes, on most items. Choose the option on the product page before adding to the cart, or type it into the note. Since everything is cooked to order in small batches, a customised jar may add a day or two to dispatch.
