Privacy policy

We collect only what is needed to send you an order: your name, delivery address, phone number and, if you give it, your email address. Orders are placed over WhatsApp, so the conversation itself is held in your WhatsApp account and ours.

The website stores your basket in your own browser. It does not leave your device until you choose to send it to us as a WhatsApp message.

We do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone for marketing. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.

We do not store card or bank details. Payment is made directly by UPI or bank transfer, and we only ever see that a payment arrived.

Order records are kept for as long as we are required to for tax and food-safety purposes. You can ask us to delete anything else at any time by writing to annapurnapicklesfoods@gmail.com.
